Julien was born in Africa, but at the age of 12, he moved to Belgium to flee the war. At age 18, Julien moved by himself to the United States, where he obtained a basketball scholarship. After being set back by serious sports related injuries, he pursued an MBA, where he found his calling and passion for entrepreneurship, leadership, and community building. He found great success and fulfillment teaching others how to be resourceful, innovative, and connected while teaching college-level business courses and running a popular entrepreneurship podcast.

His mission is to empower men to eliminate self-imposed limits so they can grow from surviving to thriving in their personal life, career, or business.
